Easy Internet Ordering Instructions

1.     Activate your Internet Ordering Account by calling your sales rep or faxing the completed form below to 262-681-7001.   We will email your Internet ordering password to you.  At the current time, you need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 to use the ordering site (if you don’t have Explorer 5.0, please call us at 1-800-992-9307 and we will send it to you on CD-Rom at no charge).  

2.     Access our web site at www.promot.com or www.benfranklinstores.com.
 

3.     From the home page, click on the red "RETAILERS" button to reach the Retailers Information Page.   

4.     You will see a message for New Users and a message for Returning Users.  Clicking on the New Users message will take you to these instructions.  When you have read them and are ready to proceed, click on "Go To Logon Page" at the top of the page.  OR click on the Returning Users message to proceed directly to the logon page.

5.     On the logon page, enter your Screen Name  and Password, then click on "Submit Logon to Access Secured Pages."  In the password box, enter your ordering password.  Please note that your password is case sensitive (for example, 'A' is not the same as 'a').

6.      After you've successfully logged on, you will reach the customer portal.  The customer portal gives you access to a variety of information.  You can start your order, change your password or store information, or email your sales rep.  You can also print out detailed ordering instructions.

7.     Under Ordering Information, you will see the list of sales that are mailed to you monthly.  Select the sale you would like to order. 

8.     You will see a list of the versions available for that sale (4-page, 8-page, 12-page, etc.).  To view a photo of the sale you'd like to order, click on the link under "View."  To start your order, click on the item number for your sale version.
